15 years RTC

In 1992 Manuel Rose founded RTC Rose Travel Consulting with the aim to provide international travel services, active travel consulting and creative tour packages on a high service orientated basis. In 1994 RTC started some diversification by inaugurating the “Events, Incentive and Convention” branch. Over the last ten years RTC proved to be a reliable, cost-conscious and quality-minded partner both for corporate clients and companies that used RTC for events and incentives worldwide and in the beautiful Lake Tegernsee Area in the Bavarian Alps, where RTC is based. Many international corporate events have been hosted by RTC. In the corporate travel business RTC was one of the first companies in Germany that introduced creative ticketing tools to reduce the clients’ travel costs without loosing flexibility or leaving the high service standard. The dedication to service for the clients was not very well known in Germany at that time.

In 1996 began to specialize on special tour packages to Puerto Rico and since 1998 to the Sultanate of Oman, one of the most fascinating countries of the world.
RTC is also very well known for its expertise in the cruise industry.

In the year 2000 RTC moved in new business offices to enable the growth of the company. Albeit the ongoing crisis in the travel and incentive industry, especially in Germany, RTC is looking forward to many more decades of successful and reasonable growth and the company hopes to maintain a stable partnership with its many customers.

While pushing the business literally from nowhere to a successful enterprise, Manuel Rose studied economics at the University of Cologne at the very same time and graduated in 1998. One can imagine how much strength, enduring power and flexibility were necessary to both run a business and study full-time at the same time.
